Afterglow Electric

The city never sleeps, bathed in neon lights at all hours. Boiling beneath the surface, the downtrodden are tired, hungry, and angry. They have to rely on the handouts of their own as coorporate greed and government corruption have long poisoned the city. If cops can be paid off and bosses won't pay, why should it matter if they burn?
